  Project Manager

  City: Stockholm

  Tasks and responsibility:

  The primary role of project manager is to take full responsibility of the project execution successfully. Without any restrictions in occurrence of any other necessary task to be carried out by the PM in the particular Project, the functions and main responsibilities of the Project Manager Position are the management, commercial and Customer aspects of the assigned project/s, including:

  1、 To serves as the prime interface with customers and project participants during project execution, on all contractual matters, build and maintain – Customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.

  2、 To work in accordance with PROLINE Policy and Guidelines.

  3、 To lead project team to compliance with PROLINE standard Health, Safety and Environmental (EHS) requirements and be responsible the result in project.

  4、 To be responsible of the final Project results (Revenue, cost, cash flow, quality, scope and schedule etc.).

  5、 To work in accordance with PROLINE Project Management procedures using applicable tools.

  6、 Reviewing of Customers’ specifications, generate the WBS (work-breakdown-structure) and the Planning / Establishment of the Project Schedule.

  7、 Coordinating, planning and controlling of all different Project activates.

  8、 Establishment of action plans, Project leadership and conduct planned Project decision making.

  9、 Assess/manage project risks, threats and opportunity and management of order change.

  10、 Decision on/implement actions to fully explore all possibilities and eliminate/minimize problems.

  11、 To make the financial planning, control and manage the Cash Flow of the Project.

  12、 To conduct meetings to exchange information on assigned project tasks/resolve problems.

  13、 To issue monthly Project follow-up reports to the Operational Management Team (including the Controller).

  14、 Work together with supply chain for all Purchase orders in relation to the project and their follow-up (order decision, actual delivery, quality follow-up, finally acceptance and invoices, etc)

  15、 The correct execution of the Project and the Project Quality according to PROLINE internal quality system – ensure quality and continuous performance.

  16、 To assures the compliance of the signed contractual conditions and assign work consistent with objectives – monitor/analyze/report contract performance.

  17、 To defend PROLINE’s interests.

  18、 To manage/review Project change requests; prepare quotes/implement changes, with support from the other staff (both the actual Project and other PROLINE staff) as required.

  19、 To review/coordinate information flow internally, to/from vendors and to/from Customers.

  20、 To lead the Project team and is responsible for the correct manning of the Project as well as the control and management of the human resources put to his/her disposal by the Line Management in questions related to the Project – manage/document employee performance, make recommendations to Line Management.

  21、 To assure the operational outcome and the smooth running of the Project team – manage/lead the project team to ensure project success and team spirit.

  22、? To support Tendering in the order pursuit process (helping to develop capture and execution strategy) - achieve clarity of expectation throughout the demand and supply chain.

  Requirement:

  1、 Bachelor's Degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering or related field.

  2、 Microsoft office proficient, for Excel, Word, Power point, MS project & Adobe etc.

  3、 Good interpersonal and communication skills with good team work sprit

  4、 Good spoken and written English

  5、 3+ years working experience in automation industry or similar background

  6、 2+ years Project Management experience or similar background

  7、 Have strong work commitment, courage to the reform and innovation boldly in the work.

  8、 SAP knowledge is a plus

  9、 Recognized PM certification is a plus


  Senior Engineering Manager/Director

  City: Stockholm

  Tasks and responsibility:

  1.Organize and lead the teams in the center to execute wireless products development

  2.Have total P&L responsibility of all the projects executed by the center

  3.Have total responsibility of the budget, resources, project and engineering management of all the teams in the design center

  4.Grow the design competency of the design center

  5.Establish procedures, frameworks, systems, methodology and tools to develop the skill level of the design center

  6.Customer relationship management is an important part of this position

  7.Continue to delight the customer to ensure the sustainability of the teams and the business

  Specific Knowledge/Skills

  · About 10 years of wireless Product Development experiences which cover feasibility study, product design, product validation, NPI and ramp support

  · At least 5 years in the management position that cover cross function activities which include Customer interfacing, Quality and reliability, Sourcing and Factory NPI support

  · Must be a leader with good communication skills which can communicate with people from all levels

  · Excellent Project Management skills; preferably PMP certified

  · High energized, self directed, problem solver, good sense in business

  · Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts

  Purchasing Manager-Auto parts industry

  City: Stockholm /Suzhou

  Tasks and responsibility:

  To deliver and manage a high efficient purchasing and sourcing platform from both the Asia & Euro procurement markets, particularly in setting up of purchasing components in the Chinese plants with main focuses:

  1、Procurement process / market observation and analysis

  2、Method competence

  3、Budgeting / planning of material costs

  4、Arranging contracts

  5、Cooperation with the MGMs within the global purchasing network of the BU

  6、Supplier management

  7、Organization structure

  8、Negotiations

  Major Duties

  o Supplier Market: Analysis of Asia & Euro supplier market and derivation of measures from this to determine potentials for cost saving; continuous optimization/further development of the Asian supplier pyramids on the material group level.

  o Supplier Management: Guaranteeing the applications (methods, procedures) of international supplier management in close cooperation / agreement with the Q-network (escalation procedure, supplier development etc; Risk management in consideration of the financial situation, long-term strategic alignment and technical competence of the Chinese partners;

  o Method competence: Consolidation of purchasing processes and tools and their implementation in the Chinese plants; Realizing synergies; Focusing volume as well as concentrating on competitive suppliers; Coordination and exchange of information between the Chinese company and the central departments at HKG. Creation of transparency and a reporting system.

  o Organization set-up: Ongoing process development in the SAP system, interfaces, reports, document steering, change management, complaints procedures, supplier evaluation; Employee development: Determining / introducing specific training measures. Further development of the training program and roll-out to all the company in China

  o Negotiations & contracts: Roll-out of the company standard contracts in the client’s in China taking local specialties and requirements into consideration; Cooperation in further development of contract types and changes; Preparation and carrying out of negotiations/meetings with suppliers

  o Be responsible for new clients and new market growth plan and implementation: to negotiate, to handle and to push all customer related business cases, cost tracking, contracts about general terms and conditions, OES prices and conditions, any kind of sales cost;

  General Requirements

  - Excellent Purchasing/Sourcing experience in the field of Automotive industry, and other related domains;

  - Bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering or MBA is preferred;

  - > 3~5 years related managerial working experience with good reputation and leadership in Automobile industry;

  - Hands-on experience in developing and implementing international purchasing platform is highly desirable;

  - People management leadership a plus.

  - Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, German is a plus;

  - Must be passionate and driven for results. A good team player.
